We don’t give flat prices over chat — instead, we connect with you in a consultation to understand your vision and then tailor a quote that feels right for both of us.

Yes — a consultation is a key part of your Shamanic Ink experience. It ensures that your ideas, intentions, and creative direction are fully understood before we begin designing the tattoo that will represent you.

Your tattoo is a portal — more than skin deep. The consultation helps us connect with you, understand your narrative, and ensure we create something that resonates on a soul level. It’s a collaborative, intentional process.

Creative evolution is natural. If your design evolves, just communicate with us ahead of your session — enough lead time allows us to support you in re-imagining your piece and ensuring it still aligns with your story.

To secure your appointment and design time, Shamanic Ink requires a non-refundable deposit once a date and concept are confirmed. Deposits are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo and honor the preparation and planning involved in custom work.

Deposit amounts are based on the scope of the project:

• Shop minimum tattoos: $100 deposit
• Medium-sized tattoos: $250 deposit
• Larger tattoos or multi-session work: $500 deposit

If you need to reschedule, at least 72 hours’ notice is required. This allows us the opportunity to offer that time to another client. Reschedule requests made with proper notice will have the deposit transferred to a future appointment. Requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

This policy helps maintain respect for everyone’s time while keeping the process clear and intentional.

(Industry standard: tattoo deposits are generally non-refundable and applied to the final tattoo cost.)

Rescheduling is possible with adequate notice.

Designs are typically revealed the day of your session. This keeps the process collaborative, present, and fluid — allowing refinements to happen together rather than through endless revisions.

That depends on your design. Smaller pieces might be completed in a single session, while larger, more intricate, or spiritually symbolic pieces can unfold over multiple sessions. During your consultation, we’ll discuss a time frame that honors both your vision and comfort.

Yes. Shamanic Ink offers select private sessions outside the studio for clients who require discretion, specific environments, or destination-based work. These sessions are approached with the same level of intention, preparation, and care as all Shamanic Ink work.

Because mobile and destination sessions require additional planning, travel, and setup, availability is limited and requires a higher minimum commitment.

Private in-home and destination tattoo sessions begin at $1,800, with an additional $300 travel and setup fee. To secure your booking, 50% of the total is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon arrival.

All details are discussed during consultation to ensure the setting and scope are appropriate for the work.

To support your body and spirit:

• Eat a nourishing meal beforehand
• Stay hydrated
• Rest well the night before
• Avoid alcohol or anything that could dehydrate or impair you
• Bring positive intention and a clear mind

This helps ensure your experience is as smooth, centered, and sacred as possible.

After your session, you’ll receive personalized aftercare guidance to support healing. This typically includes:

• Gently cleaning the tattoo
• Applying recommended healing ointment
• Keeping the area clean and protected

Following aftercare instructions helps the tattoo heal beautifully and maintains its clarity and longevity.

Tattooing is both a physical sensation and an emotional journey. Some areas are more sensitive than others, and everyone feels differently. At Shamanic Ink, we honor your comfort — including offering breaks, grounding practices, or pain management options as needed.

You’re welcome to bring a calm, supportive companion if that aligns with your comfort. We ask that only those who positively support your energy be present so the experience remains centered and peaceful.

We accept several flexible options — typically including cash, card, and digital payment apps. We also provide transparent details during consultation so your investment feels clear and grounded.

Shamanic Ink is intention-based, not dogma-based. The work honors personal meaning, symbolism, and transformation — without forcing any belief system onto the process.

Welcome to this serene and intentional space where art and spirituality meet. The energy here is meditative and holistic, so please help us maintain its harmony by being mindful of your presence. A few things to note before your visit:

1. Parking:
   You can park anywhere on the street. It’s a peaceful, safe neighborhood.
2. Arrival Instructions:
   • On the right side of the property, you’ll see a driveway leading to the entrance.
   • Look for the walkway with a suncatcherin the middle; this is your path to enter.
   • To your left, you’ll find a door marked with the Medicine Collective logo.

1. Entering the Space:
   • Upon entering, head down the stairs, where the magic happens.
   • Please remove your shoes at the bottom of the steps to honor the grounding energy of the space. I will meet you there.

   • This is a holistic and meditative environment, so we kindly ask that you help us keep the energy clean and peaceful so that you can get the most out of your experience.
   • Limit visitors to you and one additional person to maintain the serene atmosphere.
   • When you arrive to the property, please text me as you’re coming in to let me know you’re here. There are other things happening in the space and I want to make sure I greet you as you walk down the steps.

• At the end of the walkway, you’ll see a door with the Medicine Collective logo — this is the correct entrance

• Once inside, go down the stairs
• At the bottom of the stairs, please remove your shoes to help keep the space clean and grounded
• I’ll meet you there and guide you the rest of the way
